The JRC Compliance and Integrity Program aims to structure information, awareness, prevention and inspection processes in all instances of the company, keeping it in compliance with the legislation and with the rules and procedures in force in the country.

 

Compliance is the responsibility of all JRC employees, interns, service providers and suppliers, regardless of the role they perform, and being in compliance means being in compliance with laws, regulations, standards, policies and procedures, adding to the concept principles of integrity, ethical conduct and efficiency.

Among the main actions taken by the company, the pillars that support the program are found in Risk Management, in the implementation of a Communication and Denunciation Channel and in the formulation of a Code of Conduct and Ethics.
